Lebanese Custard


Ingredients:

1 L of milk
1/2 cream
2 gr of cornstarch
3 gr of sugar
1 gr of syrup
1/2 of orange blossom water

Procedure:

Boil the cream and milk

Add the cornstarch

Remove from stove

Finally, pour the sugar and the orange blossom water over the custard
